This address of star chef Tim Raue (two Michelin stars) is essentially dedicated to an ultramodern cuisine inspired by the flavors of Asia. With relentless rigor, Raue prides himself on eschewing a number of ingredients, such as white sugar or lactose, that detract from the authenticity of his creations. Recently, the restaurant also offers a vegan menu for lunch and dinner. The atmosphere is resolutely sober but with a very design aesthetic. As with all restaurants of this standing, advance reservations are essential.
