The city's new hype: be prepared to wait in line for hours to get a seat at this popular restaurant. The concept is simple: freshly hand-pulled noodles swimming in a deliciously oily stew, flavored with garlic, spices and Sichuan pepper. If you like spice, we highly recommend the Biang Biang noodles (that's the sound they make when pulled by hand) with lamb and cumin or with tofu and shiitake(vegan). Given their success, a second address has been opened in the same street.
