Niko Niko, formerly called Hako, is a favorite ramen of the neighborhood. The restaurant offers classic ramen made with soy sauce, salt or sesame, such as tonkotsu (pork broth) or shoyu (chicken broth), but also a multitude of veggie and vegan ramen, absolutely delicious! Our favorite is the black tantan made with miso and black sesame, served with pak choi, half an egg and vegan minced meat. Unpretentious but of excellent quality, Niko Niko is often crowded, so we suggest to go early!
