Succeeding the popular November Café in 2022, the November Brasserie is a modern, refined Japanese-influenced brasserie. In a warm, minimalist wood décor with Bauhaus elements , you'll settle into the Raw Bar, where chef Ruslan Kim prepares small plates to share, and variations of sushi and sashimi based on fresh fish and seafood sourced directly from fish markets in Japan and Spain. In homage to its predecessor, the Schnitzel remains on the menu, reinterpreted in Japanese style - a real treat!
