Led by owner and sommelier Fabian Fischer and chef Steven Zeidler, Bricole began as a fine bar serving appetizers and wine before transforming into an upscale restaurant that was awarded a Michelin star in 2022. The menu begins with a basket of bread and butter followed by delicately presented small plates. For example: imperial quail with truffles and grapes, or cod confit with apple sake and hollandaise, real delights. The menu changes regularly according to the season's products.
