MIKROKOSMOS
This brand new restaurant opening in 2023 is unique, specializing in the nutrition of the future: the insect. But don't worry, the menu is of course not all made up of these little legged invertebrates. The ethos of Mikrokosmos is clear, the protection of our environment. The restaurant thus bets on a completely sustainable production by minimizing the delivery circuits and by supplying itself only with organic products resulting from the local agriculture. The concept is certainly very commendable and the execution really successful.
