Although the setting features design and contemporary art, this French restaurant is all about traditional local cuisine. As the name suggests, specialties are served in casseroles: boeuf bourguignon, navarin de beau, lamb shank. There's also fish and mussels (with garlic, cream, Roquefort, etc.), and vegetable casseroles and salads for vegetarians. Desserts include timeless classics such as chocolate mousse, crème brûlée and crêpe Suzette. Lovely terrace for fine weather.
