Unmöglicher Umgang mit Menschen! Ich bin heute hier an die Rezeption heran getreten mit der dringenden Bitte mich zur Toilette zu lassen. Das wurde trotz sichtlicher Dringlichkeit schroff abgelehnt. Ich würde behandelt wie ein Obdachloser! Mein Auftreten sollte allerdings eine andere Sprache sprechen. Zur Info: ich war mit Wellensteyn Jacke ,Gucci Sneakern und einer Breitling zum Preis eines Kleinwagens am Arm gekleidet. Ich habe in Vergangenheit häufiger Geschäftsfreunde und Freunde hier bei Berlin besuchen einquartiert. Dies wird in Zukunft nicht mehr so stattfinden. Die Dringlichkeit der Notdurft war mehr als gegeben und das Ende vom Lied war das ich es ohne Maleur nicht nach Hause geschafft haben. Danke liebes Holiday Inn Team. Ich bin gespannt ob man sich eine entsprechende Entschuldigung einfallen lassen wird für das derart unmögliche Verhalten

Had a brilliant stay here when visiting our daughter just before Christmas, 17 - 21 December 2023, mostly thanks to the staff who were fantastic and so very helpful. Nothing too much trouble for them. Really made our time there as good as it could have been. Room was also immaculate, so clean and tidy. Twin beds brilliant and comfy. Had everything we wanted. So close to main transport links and well situated for some lovely cafes and restaurants. Thank you.

Gute Lage im Bezirk Pankow. Sauber, modern, freundlich, gut an den ÖPNV angebunden, nur 2 S-Bahnstationen, wenn man mit dem ICE beim Bahnhof Berlin Gesundbrunnen ankommt. Mit der Tram kommt man direkt zum Alexanderplatz. Der Prenzlauer Berg ist fussläufig erreichbar.

Great hotel with super friendly staff.
Some nice things:
There is a parking garage that costs 18 € per Night.
The hotel has a gym.
The breakfast is very good.
