Asiakaspalvelu - Vastaanotto olivat ihan mukavia mutta todella hidasta ja eivät puhuu Englantti hyvin.
Kirjatuessa uloskin kesti todella kauan. Oli vaikea löytää heidän auto parkki alussa ja siitä että mistä kirjaudutaan sisään, mutta loppujen lopuksi heillä oli hyvä autoparkki mutta kallis. Iso plus oli se että kun olimme poissa huoneesta ja palasimme olivat vaihtaneet pyyhkeet.
Koko Berliini oli pettymys kyllä muutoinkin.
