It promises its clientele an irreproachable welcome and an inventive range of services, more extensive than one could imagine! If you wish to break your piggy bank, the Deluxe Rooms, under the roof, are particularly romantic and design.

Ich entschuldige mich bei den Reinigungskräften für die Unordnung und das ganze Flaschen-Pfand, welchen unsere beiden Mitreisenden in ihrer Suite im 5ten Stock hinterlassen haben.
A few things warrant pointing out though:
By far the biggest issue are those sliding bathroom doors. Unless you are a solo traveler, do not expect any privacy in the bathroom. Large, open gaps provide a view into the bathroom and the ability to hear everything even with a "closed" door.
The towels could use an upgrade to 4-star hotel standards. The standard pillows are barely more than pillow covers and provide zero support, but better pillows can be requested from the front desk. The coffee maker seemed to be on its last leg. And those elevators... They consistently stopped on random floors, sometimes in between floors, and even overshot the ground floor to stop half-way down to the basement. I saw a crew showing up twice to look at it, but nothing seemed to ever get fixed.
But the one thing that truly spoiled the stay were those bathroom doors. What a terrible design.

Im Hotel gibt es ein sehr gutes Restaurant, mit sehr nettem Service und einem sehr guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, das Frühstück war top, es gab alles was das Herz begehrt und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :-)
