Everything would have been perfect except for the bedbugs. We were 6 travellers and 4 out of 6 were bitten in 3 different rooms. The staff was responsive and we were changed room. I hope they will resolve the issue which seem to concern the whole hotel

Overall we had nice xperience, staff were very helpfull and professional, room was comfortable but yeah some times feel little bit congested and there is little bit issue with cleanliness but manageable.
Most what I like was, along with nature of entire staff, the location! Awesome! Very convenient and very happening. Very suitable for vacation or business trip or even if you wanna make some business meeting/confrence etc

The service is impeccable going as far as to the receptionist organizing an Uber for me as the ordered taxi did not show up.
I am going to stay at the Lux Eleven again the next time I visit Berlin!
