The principle is simple, it works like the stock exchange: prices are falling and rising and everything depends on supply and demand - but the only commodity we are negotiating here is the different kinds of beer! Restaurant très sympa sur les rives de la Spree. Il y a quelques spécialités allemandes, pas très légères, mais qui valent le détour. Une bonne adresse à Berlin.
