For ten days, the city's monuments will be illuminated in a singular artistic light for the pure pleasure of the eyes.
The ten-day festival features a fantastic light show across the city (at over 50 sites). Monuments are decked out in a thousand colors, and a veritable explosion of light takes place throughout the city. Each year, the festival generally adopts a motto that serves as a guideline for the various illuminations. In 2023, the theme was "Colors of life", highlighting the different forms of art and variations in light, as well as the values of living together and highlighting minorities.
