Splendid synagogue featuring relics from the old synagogue and documents on the Jewish community.

This splendid synagogue, built in the 19th century, has been restored to its former glory after years of disrepair. Its golden dome once again shines over the entire district. Don't be impressed by the policemen guarding the synagogue, and visit the exhibition inside, which features relics from the former synagogue, documentation on the Jewish community before and during the Third Reich, and a memorial in the garden.

Il me tardait d'aller voir l'une des plus belles synagogues à Berlin. L'extérieur est effectivement très beau et vaut le coup d’œil. Néanmoins, à l'intérieur, rien de bien intéressant par rapport au prix que l'on vous fait payer. 3,5 euros par personne pour monter au dôme où il n'y a absolument rien d'intéressant (et on ne peut pas prendre de photos): c'est un peu cher payé.
