Berlin's waterfront villa has become a place of memory, presenting a modern and clear exhibition since 1992.
Fifteen high-ranking officers of the Third Reich met in this waterfront villa on 20 January 1942 to work out the outline of the "Final Solution". The Wannsee Conference, which was attended by Heydrich and Eichmann, among others, set itself the goal of settling the fate of 11 million European Jews in the occupied territories as well as in the countries Hitler wanted to conquer. Since 1992, the villa has been a place of remembrance with a modern and clear exhibition.
