VIKTORIAPARK
The Viktoriapark is one of these beautifully landscaped parks, with a waterfall and a beautiful view of the city from the mound.
Cleaner than the Görlitzer Park and more family-friendly, the Viktoriapark is one of the most popular parks in Kreuzberg. Set on a small hill, the Viktoriapark is arranged around a refreshing waterfall and its lawns attract soccer and Frisbee players. At the top is a monument designed by K. F. Schinkel. It celebrates the wars of liberation (against Napoleon). The view over the city is very beautiful: you can see the old Tempelhof airport or the Victory Column near the Tiergarten.
