Charming market offering fresh and smoked fish, cheeses, Turkish and German snacks, fruit and vegetables...

Unquestionably the most charming market in Berlin, it is held on Winterfeldtplatz, in the heart of Schöneberg and at the foot of St. Matthias Church. Fresh and smoked fish stalls, cheese makers, Turkish and German snacks, fruit and vegetables, florists and craftsmen (knife sharpeners, stonemasons) meet every Wednesday and Saturday in a very bobo and provincial atmosphere. In fine weather, it has, moreover, the air of a Provençal market! Preferably to be visited on Saturdays, when the atmosphere is more picturesque.
