Side grocery, a wide choice of preserves, sauces and condiments, a 10 year old wasabi sauce with olive oil from Andalusia… and a well-stocked cellar in local, French, Italian and sake wines. 3 or 4 times a week, at the back of the shop, a small group is found to cook and, of course, taste. You can book on the Internet your cooking course (German and English), for example: Vegetarian Australian delights, dim sum, Italian cuisine della mamma, learn to cook fish, modern Greek cuisine… Reservation indispensable.
