Agence peu recommendable, ils m'ont reclamé 4% du montant de la location car je payais par carte et non en liquide pour couvrir leur frais de banque, chose que j'ai refusé et comme par hasard ils m'en ont fais cadeau apres 15mn de discussion et surtout de refus ferme. Aucune personne disponible pour rendre la voiture, j'ai poiroté une demie heure a attendre qqun sous un soleil de plomb mais personne n'est venu, j'ai du deposer les clefs a la caisse du parking. inadmissible. Je ne louerai plus via cette agence d'escrocs.
