Before you get to the table, enjoy the aperitif in the patio while admiring the rose zelliges and fountain. Then, at lunchtime, prepare for a gargantuan meal: selections of Moroccan donuts and salads in front of you, before joining a pigeon pastilla, lamb or poultry stew and a royal couscous.
