OSCAL PROGRES
The room is packed, at any time of the day, in this neighbourhood boui-boutique with the smell of a barbecue full of regulars. It's a sure sign. The seasoned waiters twirl around efficiently and if you want to taste the specialty of Marrakech, namely the succulent pigeon pastilla, you have to order it 6 hours in advance. But at Oscar's, on a daily basis, meat lovers will be delighted by the steaming skewers, the mechoui and above all the offal that the locals are so fond of... What's more, the prices are unbeatable.
