Without a doubt, Al Fassia is THE reference for refined Moroccan cuisine in Marrakech and has been since 1987. Its studied decoration, its elaborate cuisine, its essentially female staff, for a service all in delicacy, make it a rather magical place. Restaurant "class quite run by women: A warm welcome, good service (it is pleasant because there is no waiting between the dishes), good food and European rates!. but we were warned and quality/price is very well. The menu is provided and fine and hearty dishes. We liked at the end of the meal warm babywipe for the hands!
