This is a place steeped in history, that of the family of Serge Blanc-Collomb, owner and grandson of Hélène Collomb, who founded the restaurant in 1949. And you can feel it: in the period decor, which hasn't really changed, and in the menu. Here, French and Moroccan cuisine come together. Depending on the mood of the day, you can enjoy veal liver with parsley or tongue in gribiche sauce, as well as tagine beldi or kefta. A fine address in the pure tradition of the great French brasseries, where service is efficient and discreet.
