A real tarterie in the heart of Gueliz. This is a concept that was missing in the pink city. What? The place was not always. A dark setting, a contemporary place, a fresh place. Salted as sweet, the servings of pies are generous. Cooked with seasonal products from small local producers, they satisfy everyone's taste. Salmon, tuna, mozzarella, tomatoes, courgettes or a goat from Essaouira's artisanal factory for the salty version; green pumpkin, cinnamon-crumbled apple for dessert.
