Here, no more set menus, just oriental bistronomy, a cuisine based on a short menu, precise and efficient dishes that revisit North African cuisine, with international influences. Incontournable
De loin le meilleur restaurant de Marrakech. Noté 4.9 sur Google avec plus de 5000 avis. Diners-concerts (jazz) absolument incroyables. Le seul équivalent que je connaisse c'est le Rick's Café à Casablanca, mais le Bistro est encore un cran au-dessus.
