Young chef quickly noticed for her innovative talent in the world kitchens where she studied, Metou finally opened her own structure, and to our great pleasure, in Marrakech. More than a simple restaurant, it is a real canteen with a family spirit that she offers us. Thai dishes, her trademark, but also those borrowed from her neighbours, from Laotian cuisine to Chinese.
