Having fallen under the spell of Marrakech, the two brothers share the same values of inventiveness. The Michelin-starred Massimiliano, "Mozart of Italian cuisine", treats us to fried langoustine with lettuce sauce, or eel with beet ghiacciolo, specially created for this little corner of Italy in palace mode.
