LA CUISINE DE MONA
This colorful, friendly mini restaurant is run by a Lebanese woman who is also a painter in her spare time. Behind the stoves, the petulant Mona concocts generous family dishes, which she inherited from her grandmother. You can enjoy a succulent vegetarian lunch, or try a real mezze made up of a dozen dishes in the purest Bekaa tradition: hummus, falafel, rissoles, kebbé, jawaneh and fatouche salad... among other delights. Everything is fresh, spiced to perfection and flavored to perfection, a wonderful experience to share.
