But there is no doubt that the recipe that made the success of this establishment is changing. For at Mama Ti Lee is guaranteed quality cuisine, at an honest price and without going to the jet-set côté that can be found elsewhere in the Red City. Every day, the chef usually offers a different menu with two starters, two dishes and two desserts to choose. Plancha from squid to lemons, Parmesan tiles, consumed with fresh vegetables, olives stew, laminated lamb, chocolate soup, etc. Reception and plate are always refined and delicate: in short, a safe value.
