Situated in the heart of the Palmeraie, 14 km from the airport, the Barceló Palmeraie is a little way from the city centre, but the hotel provides free shuttle buses to the centre of Marrakech. Above all, you can do almost anything in there without getting out. The estate extends over 17 green hectares amidst palm and olive trees, with a lake and outdoor swimming pools. The 252 rooms, including 16 suites, offer all the necessary comfort and all have a terrace or balcony. The hotel also has three restaurants to vary the pleasures.

Hotel barcelo is lovely! The rooms are very clean and tidy with nice views. They have two pools and a baby pool, the location is so peaceful is so relaxing. The food selection was grate throughout the day. Not every drink is included in the all inclusive but I guess that's not a major issue, they have a outdoor bar by one of the pools that serve drinks and food, however only serve food and Ice cream from 3pm onwards, I understand the food but not serving ice cream till 3pm seems abit silly to me! Anyway still a nice touch to have a bar so close to the pool. They have an amazing kids club space which is very big with live animals you can pet such a baby goats and a horse with lots of birds! Some of the play equipment needs repairing or updating and I would suggest adding some new activities or equipment for the children as they have the space to do so! But all in all a lovely location and the staff are very helpful and friendly! Would definitely recommend and I will be returning with my family next time! I also highly recommend the quadbiking excursion it's a full afternoon with transport to and from the hotel with quadbiking and camal riding and a meal at a local restaurant with brilliant entertainment! Definitely worth the money!

All in all I would give the hotel a 8 out of 10! Very very clean and a huge resort! Just would like to see some minor improvements in the kids club

On a passé un magnifique moment dans cet hôtel les chambres spacieuses le service extraordinaire et surtout l'accueil très chaleureux on y reviendra.On recommande cet hôtel si vous souhaitez être au calme et profiter de la beauté de la ville de Marrakech,la navette gratuite vous déposera au centre de la médina.

The hotel is nice ,located in the desert ????️ and approximately 20' away from the city centre.the rooms are scattered in the garden..nice Smooth colours but nothing special in decoration. Beautiful garden and landscape.

Ravis de notre séjour.
Point positif :
- Le lieu, à 15 min du centre, navette gratuite de 9h à 19h30-20h
- Les piscine, spacieuses, transats, lits, prêtent des serviettes si besoin, un luxe, bar et room service, sandwich, frites, salades, cocktails, jus, café, thé toute la journée, crêpes et gaufres également.
- La propreté du lieu, les senteurs, le personnel.
- Les chambres sont jolies, le lieu entretenu, les repas sont bons et il y'a énormément de choix que ce soit le matin, et le soir...
- le SPA est géniale, ainsi que les massages.

Point négatif :
- Le lac pas très bien entretenu pour le pédalo.
- On a demandé si 2 amis pouvait nous rejoindre à l'hotêl pour profiter ensemble de la piscine on nous a demandé d'abord 400 dirhams / personne soit 40€... Donc ils ne sont pas venus, ils ont été perdants car nous aurions profité ensemble du snack/bar...

Astuce pour vos visiteurs : Mettre un QR code dans les chambres pour réserver les massages & proposer des petits gâteaux au bar le soir :)

- Hakim le dj avec sa variété de musique,
