Situated in the heart of the Palmeraie, 14 km from the airport, the Barceló Palmeraie is a little way from the city centre, but the hotel provides free shuttle buses to the centre of Marrakech. Above all, you can do almost anything in there without getting out. The estate extends over 17 green hectares amidst palm and olive trees, with a lake and outdoor swimming pools. The 252 rooms, including 16 suites, offer all the necessary comfort and all have a terrace or balcony. The hotel also has three restaurants to vary the pleasures.

I was there for one full week for a business seminar and gathering. Since the airport with Adil the driver to the hotel where the administration namely Miss Asma and Siham were very welcoming and excellent. The room was very clean and tidy, the atmosphere and vibe at this hotel is truly excellent and special. I would definitely be back in the future and really recommend Barcelo Palmeraie hotel

???????????? Cet hôtel offre une expérience décevante du début à la fin. Non seulement le miel de sucre au petit-déjeuner, fabriqué à partir de sucre fondu avec de l'eau à bas prix, témoigne d'un manque d'attention aux détails et de l'absence de produits de qualité, mais le service global est également insatisfaisant. Les pannes fréquentes du climatiseur ou du chauffage, avec une réparation inexistante même en pleine nuit, créent un inconfort constant pour les clients. De plus, la monotonie des plats, principalement basés sur le riz et dépourvus de saveur, reflète un manque de créativité et de soin dans la préparation des repas. Dans l'ensemble, cet établissement laisse une impression durable d'amateurisme et de négligence.

Cet hôtel nous a annulé notre voyage la veille de notre départ ..
Le motif, nous avions choisi le paiement sur place et je pense qu il nous ont annulés pour prendre des paiements d'avance
