Nous revenons de 3 nuits au sein de cet établissement et que dire de l'expérience que nous avons eu.
La chambre était aussi belle que spacieuse, le petit-déjeuner varié et délicieux. Toute l'équipe est aux petits soins rendant le séjour magique. La situation géographique en plein coeur de Marrakech permet de tout faire à pied. The place to be !
Un grand merci au Radisson et à son équipe formidable, nous reviendrons l'année prochaine.

Service was abysmal, there were two trainees on duty who did not appear to have any support or guidance. We had to constantly ask for service or menus or to be acknowledged. We ordered food and only the starters arrived (late). After this the staff all seemed to disappear and no main course after over an hour. On deciding to pay, we were charged for the main course and had to request it being removed from the bill (which was). Apparently there were known problems in the kitchen but disappointing that no steps had been taken to address this. We weren’t the only ones as another family was queuing to raise their complaints.
Toilets were not very clean either, odd smell in the ladies, taps didn’t work. Without a doubt, the worst experience at a Radisson or any hotel I have been to. I was just pleased that I wasn’t staying there.
