L'hotel est tres bien placé, le personnet est trés professionnel, tres reactif et trés gentil. Les installations sont globalement tres bien meme si des ameliorations seraient les bienvenues: les portes d'acces aux couloirs sont difficiles a ouvrir, la salle de sport assez basique et le kids club est reduit au stricte minimum avec du materiel assez degradé heureusement les 2 animatrices étaient adorables et tres pro. Le personnel est present sans etre envahisant et le petit dejeuner est vraiment tres tres bien.

Our family's largely anticipated dream vacation to celebrate my parents' 50th anniversary turned into a distressing experience. We booked two separate riads at this hotel for our group, only to have $1000 stolen from our rooms by the cleaning staff on the last night (four people were missing what accounted to a total sum of $1000). Despite reporting the incident, the hotel has not offered a satisfactory response or resolution. I strongly advise against staying here.
