Friendly hostel with rooftop view, swimming pool, single rooms and 4- to 8-bed dormitories

A large Arab-Andalusian style house dating back to the 15th century and entirely renovated by a Spanish company, this beautiful riad not far from the Secret Garden is now a friendly hostel where travelers from all walks of life mingle. Dormitories of four to eight beds (mixed or not) will be offered as well as individual rooms for more privacy. From the rooftop, a superb view is offered to us and we can sip a drink or meet people. The icing on the cake, the establishment has a swimming pool accessible all year long and the Internet is free.

Belle auberge de jeunesse en plein cœur de la Médina
Bon accueil
(rue difficile à trouver, sous un porche à côté du café Mouassine)
Les parties communes sont magnifiques, avec un super rooftop .
Chambre de 4 lits toute petite mais avec une salle d’eau et wc.

I just came from a 17 hour flight and cant shower during my WHOLE stay. They have set shower times for for way after I check out. So Im going to show up to my 3 day desert excursion already smelling bad. I regret booking here.

I get that the water cuts are out of their control but providing us with even just one bottle of complimentary water would have been a salve.

Adding one star because staff is nice and rooms are pretty.

This hostel was absolutely beautiful and the accommodations were great. Everything that we needed, the hostel staff was great. The spa was very clean an relaxing, everything about this place was great. I recommend booking the three bed private room for a group, it was very unique and worth the slight price difference.

A fuir !! Je me suis fait voler de l’argent dans ma chambre lors du nettoyage ! On me dit qu’il fallait fermer le placard à clef alors que celui ci est cassé ! On me dit donc qu’il ne sont pas responsable et on accuse même ma copine de me les avoirs volés !
Ils ne cherche pas trouver de solution ou du moins n’en ont pas envie ! Le personnel est méprisant !

Superbe établissement, c'est un ancien palais du 16ème siècle. Il a été bien transformé en hôtel. Il y a de nombreuses salles et lieux un peu à l'écart. N'hésitez pas à vous y balader dedans. Seul inconvénient, le bruit des gens qui rentrent tard la nuit...problème d'éducation surtout !
