This guest house is one of the few establishments in Marrakech and its region to be fully accessible to persons with reduced mobility. A generous initiative that really deserves praise. Founded by José and Carole, ex-ambulance and ex-nurse, this warm place is a real cocoon for people with disabilities, whatever it may be, as for their families or for every single visitor. Handioasis is equipped with variable-height beds, Italian bathrooms with shower chairs, prevention mattresses, wheelchairs and different transfer systems (mobile lift). For more conventional infrastructure: Swimming pool, hammocks, panoramic terrace, wellness area.
