This guest house is one of the few establishments in Marrakech and its region to be fully accessible to persons with reduced mobility. A generous initiative that really deserves praise. Founded by José and Carole, ex-ambulance and ex-nurse, this warm place is a real cocoon for people with disabilities, whatever it may be, as for their families or for every single visitor. Handioasis is equipped with variable-height beds, Italian bathrooms with shower chairs, prevention mattresses, wheelchairs and different transfer systems (mobile lift). For more conventional infrastructure: Swimming pool, hammocks, panoramic terrace, wellness area.

Double room from €92 to €112, breakfast included. Family room (2 adjoining rooms) for 4 people at €173. Half-board at €15. Frequent offers on the website. On request: male nurse at disposal for €8 of the hour. Organization of excursion with quad and rhino adapted, adapted horse-drawn carriage, jet-ski.

Je reviens d un séjour a handiosis et je peux vous dire que cela n etait pas comme je l imaginer j ai passer un mauvais sejour du a l emplacement du riad car le transport et tres tres cher et la ou se trouve la maison d hote il n y a rien autour vous etez obliger obliger de prendre un taxi qui mette des prix exorbitant 50 e pour aller a 15 min du centre ville et le soir a partir de 20 h majorer a 50%
