Excellent hôtel, très propre, bien situé, personnel aux petits soins et très gentils. Petit déjeuner très copieux servi dans un cadre typique. Seul bémol la carte du restaurant qui ne propose pas de plats marocains. Nous y retournerons sans hésiter, un grand merci à Abdel.

Classy hotel in a good location for walking or getting taxis, buses. Nice rooms, but water in shower sometimes cut off unexpectedly. Restaurant on premises.

Pros:
- location - close large super market and mall to buy any essentials. Quieter area
- comfortable bed
- Netflix available
- balcony
- bathtub

Cons:
- balcony doors did not lock (they sent someone to fix the doors and they did lock… but when I opened the doors the next day to let in some air, they went back to not locking again)
- you had to pay to use the in room safe - a charge per night of use
- laundry was inconsistent with coming back clean (one day clean the next day returned with sticky stains that was the reason they had been sent to be cleaned. They did wash them again when this was pointed out).
- breakfast was very carb heavy - lots of bread
- thin walls - I could hear the guy in the next room coughing constantly

Great value for money. Nice rooms with comfortable bed. Staff are extremely helpful and well spoken. Location is okay with a shop right outside and a small mall 5 minutes away. Also has a rooftop restaurant and another one downstairs. There was music being played next door but we could not hear it from our room nor was it that loud. Had a good experience and would recommend.

I got the room at roughly 310HK dollars. Breakfast included. Breakfast is prepared as a set instead of a buffet. Not sure if this is a special arrangement during Ramadan or not.

Rooms are clean, design is good. But the light is a bit dim inside the room.

Restaurant inside the hotel. A bit pricy but the vibe is good.
Recommended for those who don't mind the location (20-min walk from railway station.)
Shopping mall and Carrefour within few minute walk
You get more than what you pay for.

Très bon hôtel personnel très professionnel toujours disponible souriant ???? et très bien placé proche de tout. Très bonne table. Salle de bain un peu obsolète mais nous sommes en vacances ???? donc n hésiter pas aller au Caspien vous ne serez pas déçu.

Un peu loin de la médina, il n'y a pas de jardin et la piscine est dans le restaurant donc difficile de s'y baigner. Nôtre lit était en 140. La restauration était divine, des plats succulents. Le personnel est très sympathique et très serviable.

Posizione tranquilla non caotica dalla Medina, ma la sera si sentiva il ristorante fino a tardi con musica.
Camere da rimodernare, un po' vecchiotte, consiglierei altri kit cortesia, consiglio una rimodernizzazione Delle pareti in camera e nei bagni.
Pulizia non del tutto buona, dopo pulito c'è bisogno di un responsabile che controlli l'operato della housekeeping.
Colazione buona
Atrio della reception carino con fontana e rose.
Particolare la facciata tipica dei palazzi di marrakeck, i reception gentili.
Consiglio come posizione.
Vi aspettiamo a Napoli

Les employés de cet hôtel ne semblent pas professionnels. Il serait judicieux qu'ils suivent une formation en relation client pour améliorer leur prestation.

YOU WILL NOT SLEEP! Super noisy. Rock hard pillows and beds.
I asked for a later check out because I didn't sleep at all and he literally didn't care. He shrugged his shoulders and said I'd be charged for another night.
What a joke. Absolutely disgusting and very poor customer service. DON'T STAY HERE!!!

Hôtel sympa mais l extérieur ????!bar très bruyant juste à côté.station de parking de scooter juste en face..autant dire que les nuits sont courtes!. quartier pas très secure...pas très propre..le personnel (accueil et entretien)très sympathique...

Déçus lors de notre arrivée à l'hôtel que nous avons trouvé très vétuste et situé dans un endroit qui craint un peu. Rien a dire sur le personnel, la chambre était propre mais très exiguë sans parler de le vue ????‍????.Les prises électriques sont douteuses, la chasse d'eau fuyait et coulait h24. Mal isolé on entendait les chasses d'eau et l'eau de la douche d'autres chambres couler. Sans parler du taré qui a hurlé toute la nuit au point de ne pas pouvoir dormir du tout. Petit dej correct mais sans plus. Servi sur un plateau et pas de buffet à volonté. Suffisamment copieux certes mais pas le choix et pas vraiment à notre goût.
Literie un peu dure y compris les oreillers.
Personne ne nous a parlé de la piscine immense des photos par ailleurs, juste vu un petit bassin minuscule, ni du toit terrasse !!!
Je comprends mieux le bruit. Ne pas séjourner dans cet hôtel si l'on aspire au calme.

Sehr laute Musik durch die Diskothek direkt vor der Tür bis 2:00 nachts. Der Essensgeruch des Restaurants zieht bis in die Zimmern im 5. Stock.
Absolut keine Empfehlung!

Merveilleux. Hôtel situé dans le quartier guéliz où tout se trouve à proximité.
Hébergement et restauration de très grande qualité. Le personnel allie gentillesse et professionnalisme
Nous reviendrons cela ne fait aucun doute.
