This building, which has been the subject of controversy due to the enormous cost of its construction, hosts plays, seminars, musical and artistic evenings, festivals (such as the one on magic), dance shows, etc. It also offers matinees for children. A large entrance hall made of red bricks (an emblematic material of the architect Boccara), with high ceilings, opens onto an open-air amphitheater.
