On the ground floor of the Radisson Blue, between floral arrangements and an eclectic boutique, a gourmet showcase has taken up residence, perfectly complementing the hotel's offerings. A farandole of shapes, colors and flavors wink at us in the window and tantalize our taste buds. We owe this profusion of delights to Chef Mouad, a highly creative pastry chef who has the merit of using almost exclusively local ingredients and products to make éclairs, macaroons and other fruity tarts... Enough to delight even the most demanding sweet palates.
