The Festival of Folk Arts is a folk festival created in 1960 on the initiative of King Mohammed V to measure the importance of Moroccan traditions, including dances, songs and costumes. About twenty troupes from all over the kingdom perform at Badi Palace to offer an original show, as well as in public squares. This festival celebrated its 50th anniversary in 2019
