Souk cuisine organizes cooking workshops of a big half-day. You will go to the market where you will be explained how to choose the best products. Then, back at the riad, the course begins: it's up to you to show your cooking skills by preparing sardine tagine, zaalouk of zucchini or a hearty couscous. The dishes are then served for lunch where a friendly atmosphere reigns, to continue the discussions around a mint tea. Excellent service, you will come out conquered ... provided you speak English.
