ATELIERS DE CUISINE DE LA MAISON ARABE
The workshops run by a traditional, Dada Moroccan stove are organised by small groups around simple and easy to use equipment. The kitchen was specifically designed for this, the 10 individual gas plates are in U, and it changes everything. A half-day workshop allows you to learn to buy spices, prepare an entrance and a dish or dish and dessert, depending on the choice of the participants. At the end of each workshop, the participants taste the dishes they have drawn up and can compare with that of the Dada. The workshop appeals to an Arabic-French and Arabic-English translator. Please note that the House also offers courses to French chefs (or others) who want to start with Arabic cuisine. You are certainly in good hands!
