First of all, there is this magnificent palace known for its stud farms, but also its swimming pool. Did you say giant? The Selman's sumptuous swimming pool is a mere 80 yards long. The good news is that it is open to people from outside the hotel. You can splash around in the shade of the palm and olive trees that line this very unstable pool. A feeling of privilege in this unusual setting, especially when the temperatures are crazy in August.
