Sumptuous building featuring gardens with patios and marble courtyards decorated in the Andalusian style, as well as a hammam and harem
You can't miss Dar el Bacha, former home of the Pasha of Marrakech Thami El Glaoui. This sumptuous building was built in the 1910s. Behind the high bare walls that encircled the property are splendid gardens dotted with patios and marble courtyards richly decorated in the Andalusian style, but also hammam and harem ... The building is a synthesis between pure Moroccan architecture and new know-how from Europe. Under the supervision of the National Museum Foundation, Dar El Bacha has become the Confluence Museum.
