Imported from Asia, the concept spread to Marrakech: the ice roll. Emmanuelle Castela's stand, called Crazy Roll, installed every day in front of the Manchego restaurant, invites you to discover this recent product. Gone is the conventional ice ball, here the ice cream is spread on a frozen plate, then scraped with a spatula to form rolls. It's fun (especially to watch it happen), the flavors are nice, but a little expensive for what it is.
