Well what can I say about this paradise hotel. If we could give six stars we would. |Arriving in Bali from Singapore we were collected by our private transfer and had a few concerns as the driver negotiated and avoided the 3.5 million scooters. As the roads narrowed through Seminyak our concerns didn’t change but the second we arrived at the hotel, oh WOW.|Greeted with a scented garland, a refreshing drink and towel, the check in was smooth and easy. |We were then escorted to our accommodation by our own butler…yes butler…and this is when we were really blown away. This was a private Villa with our own 20m pool, outside day bed and other seated areas. |Inside was so spacious it was unbelievable, from the lounge area with flat screen TV, fresh fruit and complimentary bar, coffee machine, we then stepped up into the bedroom area with a massive four poster bed, writing desk, another TV and a complimentary handbag for Mrs J. |Then into the bathroom area because it was an area and not a room. Stretching the full width of the Villa it contained a massive WC cubicle, walk in shower, whirlpool bath with another TV, his and her basins, an outside shower area and door to the outside pool area. |Each day we were greeted by our personal maid/butler who enquired as to our plans for the day and if there was anything we needed. |The room was cleaned and new towels provided while we had breakfast in the hotel beach restaurant. |We were only a matter of one minute from the immaculate main pool and the fantastic restaurant, which I will review separately. |Didn’t try outside restaurants because this one was so good, with stunning location on the beach. |When we used the beachside decking for some sun bathing, the beds were luxurious and the towels put on them by the staff without having to ask. |We then received complimentary iced water and fresh fruit while sun bathing. |The staff throughout the hotel were exceptional, polite, professional, nothing was ever too much trouble and their smiling faces wee brilliant.|Check out was a sad day but again was so smooth. |What else can I say about this hotel. |We would return tomorrow and would recommend to anyone.

We were blown away with the Villa, stayed in 116. Loved having our own butler, floating breakfast organised with love heart and everything was easy. ||Literally on the beach and great location with the heart of the shopping. ||Most importantly the service was 10/10 ||Karmaya - was a stand out
