Fabulous hotel for a once in a lifetime holiday
J'ai fini par commander la nourriture mais j'ai attendu plus de 2 heures et finalement ma commande n'est pas arrivée du tout.
Pour le départ tardif 3 heures de plus que prévu, j'ai fini par payer près de 80 % du tarif journalier.

The place was amazing the hotel was good and nice the pools and the beach and the area around was nice.The service was terrible they get confused and you have to go through procedures of signing the vouchers before ordering.
I ended up to order the food but waiting more than 2 hours waiting and in the end my order did not come at all.
For the late check out 3 hours more than allowed i ended up to pay almost 80% of the daily rate.

Great place to have a relaxed vacation at nusa dua with a private beach and all amenities. The only issue was the centralised air conditioning system as it was not working properly. But the staff was very helpful and they provided a portable air conditioner.
