Wahana Gili Ocean operate a fast boat from Bali to Gili Trawangan, Gili Air and Lombok. Two daily departures by fast boat from Bali to Gili Trawangan. One way tickets from US$30, return $58. Recently launched their new 170+ seater boat the Wahana Gili Ocean V. Free Hotel transfers from most South west Bali locations, Ubud and Candidasa. Full safety equipment onboard, toilet, TV, snack box and water included.

Eka Jaya operate their main route from Padang Bai to Gili Trawangan, Gili Meno*, Gili Air and Lombok (Bangsal). They have 3 large, new and fully equipped international standard fast boats offering a choice of multiple daily departures between Bali and the Gili Islands, as well as services from Bali to Nusa Lembongan, Bali to Penida and Ceningan. *Gili Meno - There is an extra 35,000 IDR (€3) p.p. charge levied by the locals to transfer between shore and the Eka Jaya mooring.

The travel time by sea from Padang Bai to the Gilis is somewhat shorter, approximately 1 1/2 hours. Gili Gili fast boat company provides air conditioned free pick-up and return to your hotel or villa in Bali from Nusa Dua, Tanjung Benoa, Jimbaran, Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Central Canggu, Sanur and Padang Bai. Pick up time will be at approx 2-3 hours before departure time, but the exact time depends on your pick up location and will be confirmed just after you have booked.

Scoot Cruises offer a daily return fast boat service between Bali, Lombok and the Gilis. This trip stops in Nusa Lembongan, Lombok (Bangsal), Gili Air and Gili Trawangan . Approx crossing time 3 1/2 hours.

The cost of the trip to Lombok, Gili Air, Gili Meno and Gili Trawangan is the same.

When you buy a ticket for Scoot between Bali and Lombok or the Gili Islands you have the option to hop off on Nusa Lembongan en-route. Be aware that this does not mean that you may also stop at other islands - only Lembongan and your final destination is covered on this ticket type. Once you have booked, just send Scoot an email (contact info printed on your ticket) with the details of your Lembongan island hopping request. They will then arrange and confirm with you accordingly.

Blue Water Express are starting up again with a daily service by fast boat to Gili Trawangan, Gili Air and Lombok. The Blue Water V fast boat to Gili operates a direct route from Padang Bai in Bali, in tandem with the Blue Water Express VII and IX from Serangan.

Free shared hotel transfers are available, pickup zones for this service are central Ubud, Candidasa central area, Sidemen central area, and Padang Bai only. There is an additional charge (see below) for private transfers and hotel transfers to/from the most popular areas in south west Bali: Kuta, Seminyak, Legian, Sanur, Denpasar, Airport, Kerobokan, Petitenget.

Gili Getaway provide free airconditioned pick-up and return to your hotel or villa in Bali from Serangan, Sanur, Denpasar, Kuta, Legian, Seminyak, Kerobokan, Umalas, Airport, Jimbaran, Tanjung Benoa And Nusa Dua. Also parts of Canggu (Happy Chappy Canggu Plaza pick-up point).

The estimated pick-up times for departure of the fast boat from Bali to Gili Trawangan will be between 07.00 - 07.30am, although depending on your location, pick-up times may vary. Arrival back in Bali will be at around 14:15 plus the transfer by road to your hotel. If you´re arranging your own transport to the harbour then checkin time is half an hour before departure time.
