A traditional churrascaria, with good meat! The concept was developed by the gaucho owners, and they are credited with a real savoir-faire, both in terms of the food itself and the gaucho welcome, which is always efficient and super professional. We aspire to limit our meat consumption for the sake of the planet and the Amazon, but for those cold winter evenings, it's definitely worth resisting.
