The Babel restaurant was born of a meeting between chefs André Murray and Daniela Keiko Takahagui... during cooking classes... of course. Their passion for using flowers, plants and herbs in their dishes. People also come for the location, hidden away in the valley and surrounded by the generous nature of the Visconde de Maua region. It's the chefs who welcome guests with warmth and sincerity, in the image of their cuisine. A tasting menu is offered at 240 or 320 reais. The menu changes every month. A great experience!
